This mint is my favorite Yerba Mate! I've tried other brands with a similar-ish flavor but Icaro's blend and light carbonation really set it apart. I tried it on a whim without any great expectation and found it helped quite a bit with my focus/clarity on foggy mornings at work. A sweet bonus was that I found I felt satisfied longer - so it also helped with my weight loss goals.
