Our commitment to quality and tradition. Every batch of our sparkling Icaro Yerba Mate is carefully brewed from organic loose-leaf yerba mate sourced specially for our drink. Icaro is always crafted from the highest-quality organic ingredients and is never made from extracts or artificial sugars.

- Add yerba mate to the gourd until it is about half full. Try adding a pinch of mint!
- Insert the bombilla and Icaro thermometer so they are touching the bottom of the gourd
- Pour hot (not boiling) water into the gourd
- Wait until the mate cools to 140°F or below, then sip through the bombilla and top off with more hot water as you drink
- Bask in your newly found focus and energy!
